With the knowledge of bond issues, insiders are able to separate from issuers' outstanding bonds and cover new issues with newly issued bonds at more favorable rates. It helps you monitor and prevent market abuse. The module also allows the monitoring of the derivatives and financial instruments associated with bonds.
